Academics
SaiMeddha's key area of contribution lies in the ever-widening and increasingly demanding space of education. Our mission is to help academic institutions realise the vision of sustained, productivity-driven growth that can be achieved through the integration of technology with the procedures and processes of academic institutions. This integration can see the Philosophy of Educational goal of "holistic development of individuals who are intellectually, spiritually, emotionally and physically balanced" become a reality.

Over a period of 5 years SaiMeddha has tried to understand the intricate workings of academic institutions and devised a programme that can help institutions across the country reach the highest standards of performance by creating Sopan (pronounced
So-paan) a complete package of tools, strategies and road map for performance and productivity improvement.

Sopan's most distinctive feature is that it is constructed to be student-centric,
teacher-centric and management-centric. It helps create a learning environment that keeps in focus the best practices from around the world.

Sopan is currently helping a number of academic institutions across the country make a difference in their performance and deliverables.

There are some pointers that are used in identifying if an Academic Institution requires Sopan:

  • Do you believe in your institution’s potential to ace in the field but find you are unable to reach targets?
  • Are there many areas of disagreement within the departments of the school?
  • Is your team affected by a high attrition rate?
  • Is there a high frequency of lengthy and unproductive meetings?
  • Do your employees resort to unstructured communication?
  • Do your teachers complain about the disparity in allotment of substitution periods?
  • Are your teachers bogged down by substantial amount of paper work towards preparing report cards, lesson plans, assignments etc?
  • Do your teachers spend substantial amount of time in preparing question papers?
  • Do you find lack of coordination from parents in the progress of the students?
  • Do you find yourself spending maximum amount of time in mundane administrative tasks instead of academic planning?
  • Do you find yourself performing repetitive tasks like drafting letters/memos or correcting them?
  • Do you find it difficult to maintain the huge infrastructure or ensure preventive maintenance on time?

Our method, studies the causes for these concerns and based on results, builds a prototype that can be tested and tried for efficacy. Once it fits the institution’s requirements it is permanently implemented and worked into functioning of the institution.
